Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASKI LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
